Sure you can add them manually. After creating the tournament structure (type, duration, number of games, etc.) you will find yourself in an interface like this:

From there you can manually add players who are not in the FIDE database – alternatively, add the players from your club: https://my.chesspairings.org/giocatori_circolo.php and during tournament creation at step 5: select "Internal Tournament (Club ELO)" so that those players will appear. hola, no encuentro la opcion que mencionas, uso la aplicacion de escritorio y cuando llego al paso 5 no me muestra mas que la opcion de elo minimo y permitir inscripciones tardias

Hola Juan, disculpa la confusión: mi respuesta anterior se refería a la versión web, no a la aplicación de escritorio.

En la aplicación de escritorio puedes añadir jugadores sin identificación FIDE. Termina de crear el torneo y entra en «Resumen y jugadores». En «Agregar jugador», selecciona la pestaña «Manual», introduce los datos y pulsa «Agregar jugador». El campo FIDE ID es opcional.

No necesitas seleccionar «Torneo interno» ni descargar la base de datos FIDE para añadirlos.
