i used this website system only for the 4 rounds next round is live , need support asap if possiblle

The issue has been fixed.

It was not caused by the number of players or by your tournament data. The active web release was trying to contact the pairing engine on the wrong internal address.

I corrected the production runtime configuration and verified the same Round 5 data with bbpPairings v6. Your tournament has now successfully generated Round 5 with 9 pairings, and the automatic Chess-Results update also completed successfully.
