Format, Scheduling & Registration
- Each round spans from Tuesday through Monday.
- The deadline for result submission is Monday, 20:00 UTC+2.
- New pairings are published each Tuesday.
- Any game not completed by this deadline will result in both players being marked as a no-show, unless a bye or an extension has been granted.
- When registering, please enter your Lichess handle as your surname and your Discord handle as your first name.
- Please enter your current Lichess Rapid rating into the ELO field.
- Default time control is 20 minutes; failure to appear within this window ("defaulting" or a "no-show") will result in removal from the tournament.
- This tournament adheres to Lichess's official policy on claiming victory against a disconnected opponent. As a matter of courtesy, we recommend waiting five minutes before invoking this claim; however, due to technical limitations of the platform, this courtesy period cannot be enforced, and is therefore not a formal rule.
Time Control
- 15+10
- Rated games only.
Byes
- A bye may be requested by sending the organizer (preferredindifferent) a direct message, no later than Wednesday, 18:00 UTC+2, of the previous or current round.
- Each player is entitled to a maximum of one bye for the entire tournament.
- A bye is scored as a draw (half-point).
No-Shows / Failure to Play
- If a game is not played and reported by the deadline, the responsible player(s) will be eliminated.
- If both players fail to arrange the game, both will be eliminated and forfeit.
- Casual (unrated) games do not count as having been played.
- Forfeit wins are scored a 1 point

- Players are expected to respond to scheduling attempts within 48 hours, so as to avoid stalling.
- Players are advised to retain screenshots in the event of a dispute.
Result Reporting
- The winning player is responsible for submitting the result.
- In the event of a draw, the players shall agree between themselves who will report it.
- Every submission must include a link to the corresponding Lichess game.
- Results must be submitted via the designated Discord channel or by DM to the organizer or via the Google form
Disputes

- The TD may consult with Neil to ensure consistency across the ladders.
- Screenshots of DM scheduling attempts will be used as evidence in contested cases of byes or forfeits.
