Format, Scheduling & Registration
- Each round runs Monday–Saturday
- Result deadline: Saturday 18:00 UTC+2
- Unplayed games past this deadline result in both players marked as no-show, unless a bye or extension was granted.
- When registering, add your Lichess handle as surname and discord handle as first name
- Add your current Lichess Rapid Rating into the ELO field
Time Control
- 15+10

Byes
- Request a bye by DM to the organizer (preferredindifferent) before Wednesday 18:00 UTC+2 of the previous/current round.
- Max 1 bye per player for the whole tournament.
- A bye counts as a draw / half-point
No-Shows / Failure to Play
- If a game isn't played and reported by the deadline, and no bye was requested, the responsible player(s) are eliminated
- If both players fail to arrange the game, both are eliminated / forfeit
- casual games count as not played
Communication
- Arrange games via Discord DM or Lichess Messages
- Respond to scheduling attempts within 48 hours to avoid stalling
- Keep screenshots in case of a dispute.
Result Reporting
- The winner submits the result
- On a draw, players decide after the game who reports
- Submission must include a link to the Lichess game.
- Submit via Discord channel or organizer DM
Disputes
- TD has final say on disputes (no-show claims, scheduling conflicts, etc.).
- TD might consult with Neil to ensure consistency with the ladders
- Screenshots of DM scheduling attempts are used as evidence for contested byes/forfeits.
