We love hearing your ideas! To help us understand and prioritize your suggestions, here's a simple template you can follow:
Feature name: Give it a short, descriptive title
What problem does it solve? Explain the situation or frustration that this feature would address. Real-world examples are very helpful.
How would it work? Describe how you imagine the feature behaving. Screenshots, sketches, or references to other tools are welcome.
Who benefits? Organizers? Players? Arbiters? Everyone?
Priority for you: Is this a "nice to have" or a "I can't work without it"?
Example:
- Feature name: Automatic email notifications for pairings
- What problem does it solve? Players in my club always ask me when pairings are published. I'd like them to get an automatic email.
- How would it work? After the arbiter publishes a new round, all registered players receive an email with their pairing (opponent, board number, color).
- Who benefits? Players and organizers (fewer questions to answer).
- Priority for you: Nice to have, but would save me a lot of time.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can evaluate and potentially implement your idea. We can't promise every suggestion will be built, but we read them all and many features in the current version came directly from user feedback.
