ChessPairings.org offers multiple export options so you can share, print, or submit your tournament data.
Available exports:
- PDF Standings — Formatted standings table, ready to print or share. Includes all tiebreaks configured for the tournament.
- PDF Pairings — Round-by-round pairings for display on a notice board or projector.
- PDF Player Cards — Individual cards for each player with all their results.
- CSV Export — Spreadsheet-compatible file with full tournament data. Useful for custom reports or federation submissions.
How to export:
- Go to your tournament page
- Click "Export" or the download icon
- Choose the format you need
- The file downloads immediately
Tips:
- Export after each round to keep a backup
- Use the PDF pairings export to display on a screen at the venue
- If your federation requires a specific format, the CSV export is flexible enough to be adapted
Submitting to federations:
Each federation has its own submission process. ChessPairings.org generates data compatible with common formats. If you need a specific output format for your federation, let us know in the Suggestions category — we may already support it or can add it.
